...RAIN SHOWERS POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY EVENING...

.DISCUSSION...A CLIPPER SYSTEM DROPPING SOUTHEAST ACROSS UPPER
MICHIGAN TONIGHT WILL BRING TWO PERIODS OF LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS. THE
FIRST WILL COME THIS AFTERNOON...INITIALLY OVER THE KEWEENAW
PENINSULA THEN SLIDING SOUTHEAST ACROSS NORTHERN AND EASTERN UPPER
MICHIGAN THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS. THE SECOND WAVE OF
SHOWERS WILL DEVELOP OVERNIGHT OVER WESTERN UPPER MICHIGAN AND
CONTINUE OVER THE UPSLOPE AREAS FAVORED BY NORTHERLY WINDS IN
NORTHERN UPPER MICHIGAN MONDAY INTO MONDAY NIGHT. TOTAL RAINFALL
AMOUNTS THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT ARE EXPECTED TO STAY BELOW TWO TENTHS OF
AN INCH. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES ON
TUESDAY AND LEAD TO THE START OF A DRIER PERIOD AND EVENTUALLY WARMER
