FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR UPPER MICHIGAN
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MARQUETTE MI
457 AM EDT THU AUG 21 2014

...UNSETTLED WEATHER AND CHANCES OF RAIN THROUGH MOST OF MID WEEK NEXT
WEEK...

.DISCUSSION...SOUTHERLY FLOW WILL INCREASE THROUGH FRIDAY AS A LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM DEVELOPS OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS LEADING TO CHANCES
FOR PRECIPITATION. THERE IS A LOT OF UNCERTAINTY GOING INTO THIS
WEEKEND AS MODELS HINT THAT THE PLAINS LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE
NEAR OR THROUGH THE REGION...WHICH WOULD RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
PRECIPITATION. OVERALL...TEMPERATURES SHOULD GENERALLY BE INCREASING
THROUGH SUNDAY ALONG WITH INCREASING HUMIDITY.
