LIGHT TO OCCASIONALLY MODERATE SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED THURSDAY THROUGH
THURSDAY EVENING OVER PORTIONS OF WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL UPPER
MICHIGAN. SEVERAL INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATION ARE EXPECTED...
ESPECIALLY IN THE HIGHER TERRAIN LOCATIONS FAVORED BY NORTHERLY WINDS
OFF LAKE SUPERIOR. GUSTY WINDS WILL ALSO CREATE PATCHY BLOWING SNOW

COVERED ROADS.

SNOW WILL INCREASE TONIGHT IN THE SNOWBELTS FAVORED BY WEST TO
NORTHWEST WINDS OFF LAKE SUPERIOR. SEVERAL INCHES OF SNOW MAY FALL IN
THE HIGHER TERRAIN FROM NEAR IRONWOOD TO HOUGHTON.
