HALF OF UPPER MICHIGAN.

STRONG NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS WILL GUST AS HIGH AS 40 TO 45 MPH
NEAR THE LAKE SUPERIOR SHORE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT. THERE IS A
