This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western Upper
Michigan and central Upper Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Increasing westerly winds will result in areas of blowing snow on
the Keweenaw Peninsula late tonight. See the latest Special Weather
Statement for details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Gusty westerly winds will result in areas of blowing snow near
Lake Superior. See the latest Special Weather Statement for
details.

Widespread snow is expected over much of Upper Michigan late
Sunday afternoon through Monday as a low pressure system lifts
across the region. Depending on the track of the system there
could also be a wintry mix of precipitation over parts of Upper
Michigan. Stay tuned to later forecasts as details with this
system may change.

Lake Superior late tonight. Heavy freezing spray is expected over

Westerly gale force winds are expected over over much of Lake
Superior through late Wednesday. Heavy freezing spray is expected
