This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western Upper
Michigan and central Upper Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Patchy very light freezing drizzle is possible over northwest
Upper Michigan and also east of Munising this morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

8 to 10 foot waves near the shore of Lake Superior will allow for
minor beach erosion Wednesday night east of Marquette.

There is the potential for a strong fall storm system to impact
Upper Michigan Friday and Saturday. While there is uncertainty in
the track and timing of system, the potential is there for
widespread accumulating system snow, strong northwest winds
behind the system, and beach erosion along the shores of Lake
Superior due to large waves. Lakeshore flooding will also be
possible, especially east of Marquette due to large waves late
Saturday and Sunday. Moderate to heavy lake effect snow is
possible behind the system Saturday through Sunday. Continue to
monitor the latest forecast and check back as the details become
refined throughout the week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

The need for weather spotter reports is not anticipated at this
time.
