This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western Upper
Michigan and central Upper Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

A storm system lifting into the Great Lakes Region will produce
moderate to heavy snow accumulation across west and central Upper
Michigan tonight. The snow may mix with light freezing rain or
sleet over mainly the east half of Upper Michigan tonight. Gusty
north winds will also cause considerable blowing and drifting of

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Lake enhanced snow and blowing snow will continue into Saturday
mainly for areas east of Marquette. See the latest winter
weather message for complete details.

Waves up to 10 to 12 feet could cause some minor beach erosion
from around Marquette eastward on Saturday.

Another storm system moving through the Upper Great Lakes could
bring a wintry mix of precipitation to Upper Michigan Tuesday
into Wednesday.

Northeast to north gales of 35 to 40 knots are expected over

North to northwest gales of 35 to 40 knots are expected over
central and eastern Lake Superior Saturday into Saturday evening.
