This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western Upper
Michigan and central Upper Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Moderate to locally heavy lake effect snow is possible for the
north wind favored snow belts today, but the snow will diminish
from west to east during the afternoon. Several inches of fluffy
snow are possible downwind of Lake Superior, heaviest over the
high terrain of the north central. Additional moderate to heavy
lake effect snow is possible over the Keweenaw Peninsula late

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Moderate to heavy lake effect snow is possible for locations east
of Marquette on Sunday, especially in the morning. See the latest
Winter Weather Message for further details.

Another period of moderate to heavy lake effect snow is possible
for the snow belts favored by north winds late Monday afternoon
through Tuesday morning.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

North gales to 35 knots are possible Monday night into Tuesday
over the east half of Lake Superior. Heavy freezing spray will
also be possible late Monday night and Tuesday morning over
portions of the east half of Lake Superior.
