  SUSTAINED WINDS OF UP TO 22 KNOTS FROM THE SOUTHWEST...WITH
  GUSTS UP TO 28 KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES
  WILL BE 7 FEET WITH A MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF UP TO 10 FEET
  POSSIBLE.

* TIMING: THE MAXIMUM WINDS ARE EXPECTED AROUND 3 PM EDT SUNDAY
