  SUSTAINED WINDS OF UP TO 18 KNOTS FROM THE SOUTHWEST...WITH
  GUSTS UP TO 27 KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES
  WILL BE 3 FEET WITH A MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF UP TO 5 FEET
  POSSIBLE.

* TIMING: THE MAXIMUM WINDS ARE EXPECTED AROUND 3 PM WEDNESDAY
  WITH THE LARGEST WAVES EXPECTED AROUND 5 PM WEDNESDAY.
