  SUSTAINED WINDS OF UP TO 19 KNOTS FROM THE WEST...WITH GUSTS
  UP TO 20 KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES WILL BE
  5 FEET WITH A MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF UP TO 7 FEET POSSIBLE.
