...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON...

The Small Craft Advisory is now in effect until 2 PM EST this
afternoon.

* WIND AND WAVES DURING THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY...Expect
  sustained winds of up to 17 knots from the north, with gusts
  up to 23 knots. The largest expected significant waves will be
  5 feet with a maximum wave height of up to 7 feet possible.

* TIMING...The maximum winds are expected around 11 AM EST
  Monday with the largest waves expected around 10 AM EST
  Monday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
