  SUSTAINED WINDS OF UP TO 21 KNOTS FROM THE SOUTHWEST...WITH
  GUSTS UP TO 26 KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES
  WILL BE 6 FEET WITH A MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF UP TO 9 FEET
  POSSIBLE.
