early afternoon, then numerous rain showers and scattered
thunderstorms by mid afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Highs around 57 at
the shore and around 65 inland. East winds 5 to 15 mph. Chance of
precipitation 70 percent. Waves building to 2 to 3 feet, then
subsiding to 1 to 2 feet.
