FELL TO ZERO DEGREES YESTERDAY MORNING...NOVEMBER 15TH....
ESTABLISHING A NEW DAILY RECORD LOW MINIMUM TEMPERATURE FOR THE
DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS 3 DEGREES ABOVE ZERO...SET BACK IN
2002. IN ADDITION...THE HIGH TEMPERATURE YESTERDAY...NOVEMBER
15TH...WAS ONLY 18 DEGREES...SETTING A NEW DAILY RECORD LOW MAXIMUM
TEMPERATURE FOR THE DATE. THE PREVIOUS RECORD LOW MAXIMUM
TEMPERATURE WAS 24 DEGREES SET IN 2002.
