...MODERATE SNOW EXPECTED LATE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH MID MORNING
WEDNESDAY FOR MENOMINEE COUNTY...

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING FROM SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN TO NORTHEAST
LOWER MICHIGAN WILL QUICKLY SPREAD SNOW ACROSS MENOMINEE COUNTY LATE
TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. THIS SNOW IS EXPECTED TO
FALL MODERATELY AT TIMES BEFORE QUICKLY DIMINISHING AFTER MID
MORNING. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE FROM 2 INCHES IN NORTHERN
MENOMINEE COUNTY...TO AROUND 4 INCHES IN THE CITY OF MENOMINEE. IN
ADDITION...THERE MAY BE A BRIEF PERIOD OF FREEZING RAIN THAT OCCURS
WITH THE SNOW.

THIS SNOW WILL LIKELY LEAD TO ROADS BECOMING SNOW COVERED OR SLUSHY
FOR THE WEDNESDAY MORNING COMMUTE. THEN...AS TEMPERATURES WARM INTO
THE UPPER 30S TO LOWER 40S ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...THE SNOW IS
EXPECTED TO MELT OFF THE ROADS.
