MARAIS TO GERMFASK TO DEERTON...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 14
MILES EAST OF GRAND MARAIS TO 23 MILES WEST OF NEWBERRY TO 16 MILES
WEST OF MUNISING.  THIS BAND WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
SNOWFALL RATES OF UP TO 1 INCH PER HOUR ARE POSSIBLE. IN ADDITION...
BLUSTERY CONDITIONS WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW...REDUCING
