 * AIR TEMPERATURES WILL FALL WELL BELOW ZERO TONIGHT. EVEN THOUGH
   WINDS WILL BE RELATIVELY LIGHT...THEY WILL BE STRONG ENOUGH TO
   LOWER WIND CHILLS INTO THE 25 BELOW TO 30 BELOW ZERO RANGE
   TONIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING.

 * AT WIND CHILLS THIS LOW...FROSTBITE CAN OCCUR ON EXPOSED SKIN
   IN AS LITTLE AS 20 TO 30 MINUTES.
