   INTENSITY TUESDAY MORNING. EXPECT THE HEAVIEST SNOW TO FALL
   BETWEEN 7 AM AND 1 PM CST. THE SNOW WILL QUICKLY DIMINISH DURING
   THE MID AND LATE AFTERNOON HOURS.
