.LOW PRESSURE OVER WESTERN WISCONSIN WILL LIFT ACROSS UPPER MICHIGAN
TODAY. SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...IS EXPECTED OVER THE WESTERN HALF OF
UPPER MICHIGAN THROUGH LATE THIS MORNING. MINIMAL ADDITIONAL SNOW
WILL OCCUR OVER THE EAST HALF OF UPPER MICHIGAN. THE SNOW WILL
DIMINISH AND END BY EARLY AFTERNOON ACROSS UPPER MICHIGAN.
