.DISCUSSION...A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL CROSS UPPER MICHIGAN
THIS AFTERNOON INTO THIS EVENING. AS THE FRONT MOVES THROUGH
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED. THE MAIN HAZARDS WILL
BE LIGHTNING AND HEAVY RAIN. BEFORE THE RAIN ARRIVES LATE TODAY
OVER EASTERN UPPER MICHIGAN...SOUTH WINDS COULD GUST TO 30 MPH
AS TEMPERATURES RISE INTO THE UPPER 70S OR LOWER 80S. EVEN WITH
THE GUSTY WINDS...MINIMUM HUMIDITY VALUES WILL REMAIN ABOVE 50
PERCENT. ONCE THE COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH THIS EVENING...WINDS
WILL SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST AND COULD GUST OVER 25 MPH NEAR LAKE
SUPERIOR. EXPECT DECREASING CLOUDS AND WINDS ON TUESDAY AS HIGH
PRESSURE BUILDS TOWARD UPPER MICHIGAN. TEMPERATURES WILL BE WELL
