.DISCUSSION...An upper level trough dropping through California
and an associated surface low off the Washington coast will
attribute to excellent overnight recoveries into Friday morning as
cloud cover will steadily increase through the day in response to
southwest flow aloft. Winds will shift from the southwest to the
west and increase around 10 AM, subsiding to 4 to 8 mph and
shifting back from the southwest after 9 PM. Winds will become
more southerly overnight. Afternoon humidities will drop 6 to 10%
from Thursday, with high temperatures again peaking in the
mid-50s at the fire site.
