This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Southwest North
Carolina...East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Showers and thunderstorms are expected across the area this afternoon
into this evening ahead of an approaching cold front. Some of
these storms could be strong to severe, with hail and straight-
line winds being the primary threats. Locations south of I-40
will have the highest threat of severe storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
