.VERY COLD AIR WILL BE USHERED INTO THE AREA TONIGHT AS STRONG
HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN FROM THE NORTHWEST. TEMPERATURES WILL BE
BELOW FREEZING FOR SEVERAL HOURS BY SUNDAY MORNING ACROSS THE
REGION.

THE FREEZE PROGRAM ENDS ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST TENNESSEE...
SOUTHWESTERN VIRGINIA AND SOUTHWESTERN NORTH CAROLINA ON NOVEMBER
FIRST. THE TENNESSEE MOUNTAINS HAVE ALREADY EXPERIENCED FREEZING
TEMPERATURES. THEREFORE...THESE AREAS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE
