.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strengthening high pressure
will slowly build E towards the northern and central California
coast tonight, expand to the N and NW of the area Mon and Mon
night, and then persist into Tue night. The area of high pressure
to the N and NW of the area will weaken Wed into Thu, and then
restrengthen Thu night into Fri night. A weak coastal low
pressure trough will strengthen later tonight, and then intensify
further Mon through Tue night. The trough may begin to weaken
slightly Wed into Thu, before strengthening along the northern
California coast Thu night through Fri night.
