At 800 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Kenedy County Wind Farms, or 16 miles east of
Armstrong, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
