BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES WERE COMMON ACROSS NORTHERN NEW YORK AND VERMONT ON TUESDAY AND THIS WILL BE THE CASE AGAIN TODAY AND THURSDAY. PLENTY OF CLOUDS WILL EXIST DURING THIS PERIOD AND ALL OF THIS LEADS TO HIGHER HUMIDITIES. THE POTENTIAL FOR SHOWERS WILL EXIST TODAY THROUGH THURSDAY...WITH THE BEST CHANCES OCCURRING TODAY INTO TONIGHT. TOTAL RAINFALL TODAY THROUGH THURSDAY LOOKS TO BE IN THE TENTH TO A THIRD OF AN INCH RANGE. THE TENTH WILL BE UP NEAR THE CANADIAN BORDER AND THE THIRD WILL BE DOWN ACROSS ESSEX COUNTY NEW YORK AND THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF VERMONT. WE WILL START TO SEE A GRADUAL WARMING TREND FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY...BUT AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL ONLY LOWER INTO THE 45 TO 55 PERCENT RANGE. THERE WILL ALSO BE THE CONTINUED CHANCE FOR SHOWERS FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY. A PATTERN CHANGE TAKES PLACE LATE SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY AS A LARGE UPPER LEVEL TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE MOVES DOWN INTO THE REGION.
