DISCUSSION...SHOWERS WILL BECOME MORE SCATTERED OVER NORTH CENTRAL
NEW MEXICO INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. THESE SHOWERS WILL PRODUCE
VERY LITTLE IF ANY MEASURABLE RAINFALL...HOWEVER VERY GUSTY AND
ERRATIC WINDS WILL ACCOMPANY ANY PASSING SHOWER. TEMPERATURES WILL
DROP TO NEAR FREEZING TOWARD DAWN FRIDAY...ALLOWING ANY RAIN TO
CHANGE OVER TO LIGHT SNOW. OTHERWISE THE PREVAILING WINDS WILL BE
LIGHT FROM THE SOUTH SOUTHWEST AT 3 TO 8 MPH OVERNIGHT...BUT AN
ABRUPT SHIFT TO WEST WINDS WILL OCCUR NEAR OR SHORTLY AFTER DAWN.
EXPECT WINDY CONDITIONS DURING THE DAY FRIDAY WITH SPEEDS INCREASING
TO 12 TO 17 MPH BY THE AFTERNOON WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS TO 30 MPH.
TEMPERATURES WILL BE A FEW DEGREES COOLER ON FRIDAY.

                       SHOWERS PRODUCING MINIMAL RAINFALL AND

                       THE WEST CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGHOUT FRIDAY
