.DISCUSSION...
While yesterday`s low pressure system moves farther away from New
Mexico, a trailing upper level weather disturbance will approach
northern areas of the state today. This will keep a slight chance
for showers or a stray thunderstorm through the early evening while
the bulk of the rain activity stays farther north. A few cloud-to-
ground lightning strikes cannot be ruled out, and any passing
showers or storms will create abrupt and erratic wind gusts. Dry,
warmer and breezy weather is then expected Monday and Tuesday.
Breezes are forecast to increase more on Wednesday.
