UPPER RIDGE IS NUDGED TO THE EAST ON FRIDAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL STORM
APPROACHES FROM THE EAST. HIGH CLOUDS WILL INCREASE BUT 20 FOOT
WINDS WILL REMAIN GENERALLY LIGHT BOTH TODAY AND TOMORROW.
VENTILATION WILL REMAIN POOR THIS AFTERNOON...MIXING HEIGHTS LOOK
TO DECREASE ON FRIDAY...THUS ANOTHER DAY OF POOR VENTILATION IS
EXPECTED.
