DISCUSSION...CONDITIONS OVER THE BURN AREA WILL BE QUITE COMPARABLE
TO WHAT WAS OBSERVED YESTERDAY. HIGH PRESSURE IS SLOWLY BUILDING
BACK WEST, YET SUFFICIENT MOISTURE AND INSTABILITY WILL BE PRESENT
FOR SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. PREVAILING WINDS WILL ONCE
AGAIN BE GENERALLY OUT OF THE WEST, OCCASIONALLY FLOATING BETWEEN
THE SOUTHWEST AND NORTHWEST. THE MAIN WIND CONCERNS WILL BE FROM
THUNDERSTORM OUTFLOWS SHOULD ANY STORM PASS BY. WITH TEMPERATURES
TOPPING OUT IN THE MID TO UPPER 80S, THE MINIMUM HUMIDITY WILL FALL
TO JUST UNDER 30 PERCENT. SCATTERED STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE AGAIN
ON SATURDAY.
