BE TO THE EAST/NORTHEAST AROUND 15 MPH. A DIRECT HIT FROM ANY STORM
WILL PRODUCE BRIEF HEAVY RAIN AND HELP INCREASE RECOVERIES TONIGHT.
FRIDAY WILL BE WARMER AND DRIER THAN TODAY. STORMS WILL MOVE TO THE
SOUTHEAST FRIDAY AND BE MORE DRY IN NATURE WITH GUSTY OUTFLOWS.
