Mostly clear skies are expected through Thursday with afternoon high
temperatures slightly above normal coupled with warm overnight lows.
Winds will be stronger compared to yesterday with occasional gusts to
24 mph this afternoon. More persistent and stronger westerly winds are
forecast on Thursday, with gusts exceeding 30 mph at times. Meanwhile,
fair to good ventilation rates are forecast for Wednesday and Thursday
afternoons respectively.
