Westerly flow aloft will mix down to the surface this afternoon with
increasing westerly winds in the afternoon. Shower activity begins
to increase this afternoon and persist through the night with a main
frontal band of showers traversing the area from the NW by Thursday
morning. The surface cold front will push through the area with
winds shifting NW by late Thursday and rain showers likely
transitioning to snow showers Thursday late afternoon/evening.
