daytime temperatures below average. High likelihood of additional
wetting precipitation today through this evening before a drying
trend commences midday Tuesday. Cannot rule out a very isolated
buildup or thunderstorm in the local area between 2pm-6pm today.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Numerous snow showers in the
                    morning, then scattered rain and snow showers
                    and isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Chance of Pcpn......70 percent decreasing to 50 percent in the
                    afternoon.
