ANOTHER STORMY PERIOD WILL DEVELOP TODAY AND ESPECIALLY THURSDAY
AS A MOIST EASTERLY WIND SHIFT ARRIVES. THE STRONGEST EASTERLY
PUSH WILL OCCUR THURSDAY...THEN WINDS WILL VEER OUT OF THE
SOUTHEAST ON FRIDAY WHILE KEEPING THE ATMOSPHERE MOIST. CELLS WILL
GENERALLY MOVE SLOWLY TOWARD THE SOUTH OR SOUTHEAST TODAY AT
SPEEDS UP TO 10 MPH. SPEEDS MAY INCREASE THURSDAY...REACHING THE 5
TO 15 MPH RANGE. FLASH FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE AS STRONGER
STORMS PRODUCE AROUND 0.75 OF AN INCH OF RAIN TODAY...AND
POTENTIALLY OVER 1 INCH ON THURSDAY. MOISTURE LOOKS TO RECYCLE
THIS WEEKEND WITH DAILY ROUNDS OF SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS. AFTER DIPPING BELOW NORMAL FRIDAY...HIGH
TEMPERATURES SHOULD REBOUND ABOVE NORMAL ON SUNDAY.
