.DISCUSSION...Fair humidity recoveries overnight will lead to much
lower minimum humidity today compared to recent days. A ridge of
high pressure building in from the west will spread light winds and
poor ventilation over the area today. Tonight will be cold again but
very dry air will trend recoveries to borderline poor/fair values.
Light winds will persist tomorrow while temperatures warm well above
normal. Poor ventilation is expected once again.
