.DISCUSSION...
Colder weather this morning will persist into the afternoon with
below avg temps today. North facing slopes will be slow to warm.
Temps warm back to normal by Wednesday, and above normal Thursday.
An upper high will build into western TX, bringing in increased
surface moisture by Wed afternoon, however the increasing temps
will limit any increase in MinRHs. Stronger winds aloft, 40-45 mph
are expected to start Wed, with some stronger gusts of 20-25 mph
potentially mixing down to the surface Thursday afternoon. MixHgts
and Vent Rates, while poor today will improve through the rest of
the week.
