.DISCUSSION...Clear skies, light breezes, and dry conditions are
expected across northern New Mexico tonight and Wednesday as high
pressure aloft dominates the weather pattern. Humidity will only
recover to about 40 percent or slightly less tonight while
temperatures drop into the 20s. The light breezes and stagnant
conditions are expected to make poor smoke ventilation rates both
tonight and through Wednesday. Temperatures on Wednesday will rise
into the upper 40s and low 50s as humidity plummets to 12 to 19
percent.
