DISCUSSION...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL TAKE SHAPE BY
AFTERNOON, DRIFTING NORTHWARD AT ABOUT 30 MPH. TEMPERATURES WILL
AGAIN BE ABOVE NORMAL THIS AFTERNOON WITH HIGHS NEAR 70 WHILE
MINIMUM HUMIDITY FALLS JUST BELOW 50 PERCENT. PREVAILING WINDS WILL
BE FROM THE SOUTH, OCCASIONALLY BREEZY THIS AFTERNOON, AND ANY
PASSING THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING ABRUPT AND STRONG
GUSTS. A BRIEF-LIVED LINE OF SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE IN
THE MORNING FRIDAY AS A COLD FRONT ARRIVES, BUT CONDITIONS WILL TURN
MORE DRY INTO THE AFTERNOON AS COOLER TEMPERATURES SETTLE IN.
