STORM MOTION WILL BE SLOW FROM NORTHEAST TO THE SOUTHWEST. ANY
STORM WILL PRODUCE BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL AND STRONG OUTFLOW WINDS.
TEMPERATURES WILL BE ABOVE NORMAL TODAY WITH LOW HUMIDITIES PRIOR
TO ANY STORMS. RECOVERIES TONIGHT WILL BE DEPENDENT UPON WHETHER
