MOISTURE LEVELS INCREASE WITH AID FROM A MOIST BACK DOOR
COLD FRONT PUSHING SOUTH AND EAST. STORM MOTION WILL BE STATIONARY
TODAY ALLOWING STORMS TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN INCREASING FLASH
FLOODING CHANCES FOR THE BURN AREA. EXPECT SOUTHWEST TO SOUTHERLY
WIND SHIFTS TOWARD THE EVENING. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN
BELOW NORMAL FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.
