THE FIRE AREA WILL BE CAUGHT BETWEEN A CUT OFF LOW OVER THE BAJA
AND RIDGING OVER THE INTERMOUNTAIN WEST. THIS MEANS INITIAL
LIGHTER TRANSPORT WINDS FOR TUESDAY. THE FIRE AREA WILL BE ON
THE EDGE OF THE MAIN CLOUD COVER BAND ASSOCIATED WITH THE LOW BUT
DRY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE NEAR NORMAL
WITH LIGHTER SURFACE WIND.
