SWEEP OVER THE REGION. MOISTURE WILL BE LACKING SO IT WILL REMAIN
DRY. HOWEVER...THERE MAY BE A COUPLE OF HOURS OF CRITICAL CONDITIONS
THIS AFTERNOON...BUT LOW HAINES AND COOLER TEMPERATURES SHOULD HELP
MITIGATE THE STRONG WINDS AND LOWERING HUMIDITIES. WINDS RELAX
THURSDAY AND VENT RATES DIMINISH AS A RIDGE BUILDS OVERHEAD.
