RECYCLED AROUND THE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM HOVERING OVER THE GREAT BASIN.
TEMPERATURES WILL BE ABOVE NORMAL WITH MIN RH VALUES IN THE 20S. SMALL
RAIN FOOTPRINTS WITH GUSTY AND ERRATIC OUTFLOW WINDS WILL BE ASSOCIATED
WITH STORM ACTIVITY. OVERNIGHT RECOVERIES WILL BE FAIR TO GOOD. EXPECT
DECREASING VENTILATION IN THE COMING DAYS.
