WITH LOW HUMIDITY FOR LATE JULY. ANY STORMS THAT DEVELOP WILL HAVE
SMALL WETTING FOOTPRINTS AND STRONG OUTFLOWS. HUMIDITY RECOVERIES
TONIGHT WILL DEPEND ON WHETHER ANY RAIN OCCURS TODAY. THE CHANCE FOR
STORMS WILL INCREASE A LITTLE MORE FRIDAY WITH TEMPERATURES SLIGHTLY
COOLER AND HUMIDITIES A BIT HIGHER.
