STRENGTHENING TONIGHT AND SATURDAY AS AN UPPER LOW TRACKS THROUGH
THE CENTRAL ROCKIES. INCREASING MID LEVEL MOISTURE IN ADVANCE OF THE
LOW WILL ALLOW FOR ISOLATED CONVECTION TO DEVELOP THIS EVENING AND
