DEVELOPMENT THIS AFTERNOON. IF A CELL WERE TO DEVELOP IT WOULD
MOVE TO THE EAST/NORTHEAST. TEMPERATURES WILL BE COOLER TODAY WITH
A LITTLE HIGHER HUMIDITY. LITTLE DRIER AND WARMER CONDITIONS
EXPECTED ON THURSDAY. CANT RULE OUT SOME OCCASIONAL BREEZES WITHIN
