ABOVE SEASONAL LEVELS...WITH HAINES VALUES OF 6 FORECAST FOR TODAY,
HOWEVER...WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN BELOW CRITICAL THRESHOLDS
THIS AFTERNOON. HIGH CLOUDS WILL THICKEN AND GRADUALLY LOWER TODAY
REMAINING ABOVE 12000 FEET. OVERNIGHT RH RECOVERIES TO BE POOR. ON
SATURDAY... TEMPERATURES WILL DECREASE A FEW DEGREES AND LOW LEVEL
MOISTURE AND RH WILL SEE MODEST INCREASES. GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS
WILL DEVELOP BY MID DAY AND STRENGTHEN STEADILY DURING THE AFTERNOON
