.DISCUSSION...
Deep monsoon moisture moved into central and northern areas
of the state last night. Scattered to numerous showers and
thunderstorms will develop late this morning or during the early
afternoon and continue at times through Friday. Slow steering flow
combined with plentiful moisture will lead to a heightened risk
of flash flooding from this afternoon through tonight. Scattered
showers and thunderstorms will develop once again Friday afternoon
and continue into the evening hours.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy late this morning then becoming
                    mostly cloudy. Isolated showers and thunderstorms
                    during the late morning, then scattered showers
                    and thunderstorms in the afternoon.

                    in the afternoon.

Min Humidity........37-41 percent.
