ANCHORED NORTHWEST OF THE FOUR CORNERS REGION. THIS HAS TEMPORARILY
STEERED WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS INTO NORTHERN NEW MEXICO. STORMS
HAVE STRUGGLED TO DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON...BUT WILL HAVE BETTER
MOISTURE TO WORK WITH ON WEDNESDAY. GOOD HUMIDITY RECOVERY IS
EXPECTED INTO THE LATE NIGHT AND OVERNIGHT HOURS WITH LIGHT
TERRAIN DOMINATED WINDS. CLOUDS WILL BUILD QUICKLY OVER THE HIGH
TERRAIN ON WEDNESDAY...BLOSSOMING INTO SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.
WETTING RAINFALL POTENTIAL WILL BE FAIRLY HIGH WEDNESDAY
