DISCUSSION...LIGHT WINDS ALOFT WILL FAVOR POOR MIXING THROUGH EARLY
AFTERNOON THEN GRADUALLY IMPROVE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES
WILL BE A COUPLE DEGREES WARMER THAN YESTERDAY WITH SLIGHTLY LOWER
HUMIDITY. TONIGHT WILL BE A NEAR REPEAT OF LAST NIGHT WITH CLEAR
SKIES AND GOOD RECOVERIES. PATCHY HIGH CLOUDS WILL STREAM OVER THE
AREA ON SATURDAY. TEMPERATURES WILL TREND ANOTHER COUPLE DEGREES
WARMER AND WINDS JUST A LITTLE BREEZIER. HUMIDITIES WILL BEGIN TO
NEAR THE 30 PERCENT RANGE BY LATE DAY. VENTILATION WILL ALSO IMPROVE
WITH STRONGER TRANSPORT WINDS FROM THE SOUTHWEST.
