IMPACT ROADS CROSSING THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE...LIKE INTERSTATE 40
NEAR THOREAU AND HIGHWAY 550 NORTHWEST OF CUBA. AROUND 1 OR 2 INCHES
OF NEW SNOW ACCUMULATION WILL BE POSSIBLE IN PARTS OF THE MOUNTAINS

WESTWARD TO THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE. THE SNOW LEVEL SHOULD GRADUALLY
LOWER TO AROUND 6500 FEET. THEREFORE...PERIODS OF SNOW MAY IMPACT
INTERSTATE 40 WEST AND EAST OF ALBUQUERQUE...AND INTERSTATE 25
FROM LA BAJADA HILL NORTHWARD. AROUND 1 OR 2 INCHES OF NEW SNOW
ACCUMULATION WILL BE POSSIBLE MAINLY ALONG WEST FACING SLOPES OF THE
MOUNTAINS BY 2 AM MST. FOR THE LATEST ROAD CONDITIONS VISIT NM
