HIGHLANDS AND LOWER ELEVATIONS. RAIN AMOUNTS THROUGH 8 AM WILL
MOSTLY BE IN THE ONE TENTH TO ONE QUARTER INCHES...WITH A FEW SPOTS
PICKING UP ONE HALF TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH OF RAIN. LOCATIONS
RECEIVED RAIN INCLUDE RUIDOSO...JICARILLA...CARRIZOZO...BINGHAM...
SOCORRO...BERNARDO...DUSTY...THE NATIONAL RADIO ASTRONOMY
OBSERVATORY...DATIL...PIETOWN AND EL MORRO. HAZARDOUS RUNOFF WILL
CONTINUE TO BE POSSIBLE IN LOCATIONS THAT RECEIVED HEAVY RAIN EARLIER
IN THE NIGHT. MOTORISTS ON I-25 SHOULD ANTICIPATE SIGNIFICANT PONDING
IN SPOTS THROUGH SOCORRO COUNTY AND ALLOW ADDITIONAL TRAVEL TIME TO
