THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF WEST CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST NEW MEXICO. THE
ACTIVITY WILL BE VERY SLOW MOVING...WITH A GENERAL DRIFT TO THE
SOUTH...WHICH WILL MAKE ANY STORM CAPABLE OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL
WHICH COULD LEAD TO FLOODING. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT
FOR MUCH OF THE REGION THROUGH TONIGHT. IN ADDITION...ANY STORM
WILL LIKELY PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 45 MPH AND HAZARDOUS
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. BEFORE 1230 PM...SOME LOCATIONS THAT
MAY EXPERIENCE THE DAYS FIRST STORMS INCLUDE GLENWOOD...THE
WHITEWATER BALDY BURN SCAR...DUSTY...OLD HORSE SPRINGS AND
BLUEWATER LAKE.
